COAG and UPA denounced the lack of commitment of funds to refinance
The so-called "Alliance for the Unity of the Field" COAG and UPA forming today denounced the "lack of commitment savings banks" of Castile and Leon to refinance once the agriculture sector achieved a great deal among agricultural organizations and the Ministry for Rural Affairs.
Through a statement, these organizations point out that the agreement has served to make the guarantees, sto energy credits, relating to the refinancing of the debt of farmers and ranchers will be borne by public enterprise Saeco in loans of up to 50,000 euros to 5 years with 1 lack of exploitation.
They complain that even though the agreement has "favorable conditions", farmers and ranchers are checking "surprisingly weak predisposition of the savings bank to open a loan in most cases."
UPA, sto energy credits, and COAG considered "highly irresponsible" attitude of the boxes, which further accused of "thinking more in the controversial process of mergers, SIP and partisan political movements rather than in making commitments to the agricultural sector in Castilla y Leon.
